📜 Terms of Service (Terms & Conditions)

These Terms govern all sales concluded on our online store for the purchase of our pet accessories. By validating an order, the customer accepts the terms below without reservation.

1. Products & Accuracy

  • Description: We take the greatest care in the marketing and technical presentation of our products (materials, dimensions, features). However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

  • Size Guide (Crucial): For wearable items (raincoats, shoes, harnesses), precise size guides are provided. It is the customer's sole responsibility to perform an exact manual measurement to ensure the pet's comfort. Fideloo cannot be held responsible for sizing errors if the guide was not followed.

  • Availability: Our offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.

2. Prices & Orders

  • Pricing: Prices are indicated in US Dollars (USD). Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are calculated at checkout (though currently free).

  • Validation: The order process follows several validation steps up to the final payment. The order is considered final only after confirmation of payment by our provider.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Times: Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Tracking: A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the package is shipped.

  • Receipt: In the event of a damaged package, the buyer must make reservations with the carrier upon receipt and contact our support team within 48 hours.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

  • Timeframe: The customer has a period of 30 days after receipt to request a return.

  • Condition: The item must be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene Exceptions: For sanitary and safety reasons, care items (finger toothbrushes, grooming brushes) or chew toys that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

  • Supervision Required: Although our toys are designed with durable and non-toxic materials (TPR rubber, vinyl, fleece), no toy is indestructible. We strongly recommend supervising your pet during play. Fideloo declines all responsibility in the event of ingestion or damage caused by the animal.

  • Technology: For connected products (e.g., Wi-Fi Feeder), the user must have a stable internet connection (2.4GHz is often required) to ensure the proper functioning of alerts. We are not liable for connection failures due to the user's network.

6. Personal Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your private data. This information is used solely for processing your orders and improving our marketing services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fideloo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. The customer assumes full responsibility for the proper selection and use of the products for their specific pet.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are subject to the laws in force. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
