2. Products & Accuracy

  • Description: We take the greatest care in the marketing and technical description of our product pages (materials, dimensions, features).

  • Size Guide (Crucial): For wearable items (raincoats, shoes, harnesses), precise size guides are provided. It is the customer's sole responsibility to perform an exact manual measurement to ensure the pet's comfort.

  • Availability: Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Process: The order process follows several validation steps until final payment.

  • Security: We accept various secure payment methods. The order is considered final only after confirmation of payment.

4. Delivery & Transport

  • Timelines: Delivery times indicated at checkout are estimates.

  • Special Packaging: For bulky or specific items like the Foldable Carrier or the Smart Feeder, special packaging precautions are taken to ensure safe transit.

  • Damages: In the event of a damaged package, the buyer must make reservations with the carrier immediately upon receipt.

5. Product Use, Safety & Hygiene

  • ⚠️ Play Supervision: Although our toys are designed with durable and non-toxic materials (Vinyl, TPR Rubber, Fleece), no toy is indestructible. We strongly recommend supervising your pet during play to prevent ingestion of small parts.

  • Hygiene & Care: Grooming accessories (toothbrushes, brushes) must be cleaned regularly according to the provided instructions (hand wash or machine wash depending on the model).

  • Connected Products: For the Wi-Fi Smart Feeder, the user must have a stable internet connection (2.4GHz or 5GHz) to utilize the remote features effectively.
